Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Oğur Hukuk Bürosu as data controller within the scope explained below.

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of "explicit consent of the data subject" and "necessity for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation" set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is transferred only to the technical service providers required for the operation of this website and its contact form, and is not shared with any other third party. Transfers may only be made to public authorities legally empowered to request it, within the framework prescribed by legislation.

Because these providers' servers are located outside Türkiye, such transfers constitute a transfer abroad within the meaning of Article 9 of the KVKK:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — hosting of the website, handling of the contact form request, and security verification against unsolicited submissions. This involves your connection data (IP address, browser information) and the data you enter in the form.
• Brevo (France) — converting the form content into an e-mail and delivering it to our office address. This involves your name, contact details and message content.

These transfers are carried out on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting the form (KVKK Art. 9/1). You are not obliged to give consent; you may contact us directly by telephone at +90 507 373 27 89 or by e-mail at [email protected] without using the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Retention Period

Your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised once the purpose of processing ceases to exist or the periods prescribed by legislation expire.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
• Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification of such correction to third parties
• Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in legislation
• Object to an adverse outcome arising from automated analysis of your data
• Claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing

Your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
